About 2Pages — A print magazine we publish together

2Pages is a print magazine we publish together. Everyone brings 2 pages 2 the table. What you put on them is up to you. All the submissions will become part of one joint publication.

I once had a thought: what if we updated each other on paper instead of the screen? Through a quaterly magazine that was shipped to our doors. A magazine that is composed by strangers and friends, from wherever they are. Two pages each.

So in fall 2025 I went out and put up flyers around Lisbon, Berlin, Munich, a few other places, friends helped to see if the idea of a global Community Paper Magazine project was something people were interested in. 47 people responded to this first open call.

I have no background in publishing or magazine making, so when all those pages came in, I started experimenting with the layout by hand, and eventually I decided to work with Königsdruck, a print factory in Berlin. They did an amazing job. Lisa, a girl I once met at a festival helped with layout.

Back when I was putting up flyers, I had stumbled into Stuffout, a bookshop in São Bento, Lisbon, got talking to its owner, Rui and we stayed in contact. So when Issue 01 was ready in June 2026, we celebrated the launch at Stuffout.

After the success of Issue 01, the call for Issue 02 is now open and will be running until 15 November 2026.
